A glass of Prosecco to start, then the chef's essentials: whisking and folding eggs to prepare an authentic Italian tiramisù.

Handmade fresh pasta

Hands on the dough with the chef: you knead, roll and shape two great Italian classics — tagliatelle and ravioli.
